This season, Kimberly Newport-Mimran’s much coveted Pink Tartan label showed a younger, fresher look for their collection. In the after show interview, Newport-Mimran stated that her collection was inspired by Armor as can be seen through padded shoulders and sequins which resembled chainmail. You might not have gotten a seat if you ran late as show goers were snatching up any available space as the doors opened to the masses, as it was the first time the Pink Tartan show was not invite only.
