Intermediate Workout | Ab’s & Strength {Instructor – DJ Creepa & DJ Remedy }
Level 2 consists of Ab & Core Strengthening, it’s the blood pumping, fist pumping, diamond raising part of this workout. The best of HipHop & Club Anthems will have abs crunching, provoke ladies to shake their tail feature and rotate the waistline we’re sure your sweet spots will become strengthen. (Please ensure that your blood pressure is not over 120 before starting this program)
